Access to program descriptions begins for 2012 updates.
Program administrators will receive their administrator access codes for the Program Webstation (PWS) at this time.

Applicants begin online process
Applicant Webstation (AWS) opens for R-1 match applicants.

Program selection opens
Programs become available for selection and submission.
November 8, 2011 (12:00 ET) to November 24, 2011 (15:00 ET)
PWS setup
Program system administrators set up their Program Webstation (PWS). This process includes: setting up file reviewers; scoring system; and filters. (Filters may also be created in file review period.)
Other file reviewers will also receive their access codes starting at the beginning of this period.
November 24, 2011 (15:00 ET) to December 1, 2011 (12:00 ET)
PWS closed
Online services closed for preparation of opening of PWS.
December 1, 2011 (12:00 ET)
File review begins
PWS opens for file review.
Program directors will receive their access codes for the Program Webstation (PWS) at this time.

National interview period

Ranking period opens
Rank order list system opens to applicants and programs for online ranking.

Program ROL deadline
Program rank order lists must be submitted.

Postgraduate Office ROL approval begins
Postgraduate deans begin review of program rank lists.
February 21, 2012 (16:00 ET)
Postgraduate Office ROL approval deadline
Rank order list deadline for PGD.
