Program Webstation (PWS) setup

Program system administrators set up their Program Webstation (PWS). This process includes: setting up file reviewers; scoring system; and filters. (Filters may also be created in file review period.)

File review begins

PWS opens for file review.

Interview invitations completed

All interview invitations should be completed on or before this date.

November 8 - December 2, 2011
National interview period

Ranking period opens

Rank order list system opens to applicants and programs for on-line ranking.

Program ROL deadline

Program rank order lists must be submitted.

Postgraduate office ROL approval begins

Postgraduate deans begin review of program rank lists. At this point, changes to rank order lists can only be made via the postgraduate office.

Postgraduate office ROL approval deadline

Rank order list deadline for all participants.
ALL rank order lists must be entered and submitted.
