Mr. Bondok is a third-year medical student at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Prior to medicine, he studied genetics and physiology, also at UBC. He has served on several boards and committees.

Mostafa is particularly passionate about medical education and health equity research, such as how we can improve how research involving vulnerable populations is conducted and reported. He has pioneered several community projects and initiatives serving marginalized groups and launched mentorship programs to support traditionally underrepresented students in the fields of medicine and STEM.

As a board director, Mostafa is dedicated to improving the match process for both Canadian and International Medical Graduates (IMGs), with the vision of establishing a more equitable and transparent residency match process.
