The 2015 CaRMS Forum was held on April 26, 2015 in Vancouver during the Canadian Conference on Medical Education (CCME). This annual presentation, which featured a preliminary summary and analysis of data from the 2015 R-1 Main Residency Match, was followed by a lively question and answer session. You can view a video recording of the presentation below.

Unmatched student panel
CaRMS also presented a very popular data-driven discussion on unmatched Canadian medical graduates (CMGs). This presentation, which presented an analysis of the career choices, ranking patterns and strategies of unmatched CMGs, was followed by a panel discussion. It was designed to foster a better understanding of the characteristics of the unmatched CMG, opportunities for enhancing career counseling initiatives and potential levers of change within the policy framework underlying the match. We were ecstatic with the audience participation at this session and the resulting discussions it has encouraged in our community. You can view a video recording of the presentation below.
