Giving you control over your documents

The CaRMS Online application platform allows applicants to upload almost all required documents directly into their online application, eliminating the need to send hardcopy documents to CaRMS. Not only does this save applicants time and stress by giving them more control over their documents, it also reduces our resource needs and storage requirements.

CaRMS still accepts mailed documents sent directly from third-party sources, such as medical school performance records (MSPRs) and transcripts. We encourage referees to upload letters of reference directly via the referee portal; however, we will still accept hardcopy letters of reference from referees for those who prefer to send references by mail.
