We know that the postgraduate residency application process can be complex. The CaRMS client services department is here to help! The team consists of six bilingual staff that respond to phone and email queries about the CaRMS application and our matches in general from the more than 25,000 primary stakeholders who interact with our online portals.
The team is complemented by a number of other help tools, including technical guides and video tutorials that are available 24/7 on our website CaRMS.ca.

September through April: 9:00 – 18:00 ET
