You can include any additional documents you feel will enhance your application. Documents may include: custom resumes (CV, curriculum vitae), return of service obligation letter, evaluation rotations, etc. If programs would like to see specific documents or do not want to review extra documents, these preferences will be indicated in their program description. Review program descriptions before assigning extra documents.
We do not track the sources of extra documents. Carefully read the program descriptions for all notarization requirements.
Extra documents must be uploaded directly into CaRMS Online.
Note: rotation evaluations (ITERs) should only be assigned to programs that specifically request them.
