CaRMS help desk holiday hours
The CaRMS office will be closed for the holidays beginning December 25, 2017, reopening on January 2, 2018. Users will have access to the online application during this closure, unless otherwise noted in the match timelines; help desk requests will be monitored during this period, with emergency issues being the priority. Full help desk support will resume when the office reopens in 2018.
In addition, please note that the CaRMS help desk will be operating on a reduced schedule over the holiday season, as outlined below. Regular service hours of 8:00 – 18:00 ET resume on January 8, 2018.
