R-1 match interviews
The R-1 Main Residency Match (R-1 match) interview process is used by over 600 medical school programs to help assess an applicant’s candidacy. This process is often erroneously referred to as “the CaRMS interview”; but, in fact, the only interviews CaRMS conducts are for prospective employees within our organization!
