A file reviewer is a individual who, at your request, will review applications to your program within CaRMS Online.
Once the file reviewer setup phase opens, you will be able to log into your CaRMS Online account and create accounts for file reviewers so they are ready for the file review period.
Once added in CaRMS Online, all file reviewers will receive an email from CaRMS with instructions on how to create an account. However, applicant files will only be available for review once the file review period opens.
Citizenship and language documents are only accessible to postgraduate offices, programs and file reviewers do not have access to this information.
A file reviewer can have two different levels of access to applicant files
Full access: File reviewers can view and print applications.
Read-only access: File reviewers can only view applications.
The number of file reviewers that your program requires, as well as your program’s review processes, are at your discretion.
