Your application and all required document assignments must be completed by the opening of file review to be considered on time. Some programs will not review late applications or a document that arrives late, so check program descriptions to see if programs will review your application if it is submitted after file review has begun.
Once file review begins, all the programs you’ve applied to have access to your application and assigned documents. However, in the first iteration of the match letters of reference letters are not available for review until one week after the opening of file review to give your referees ample time to submit them.
Each program’s file review process is unique, and all decisions about which applicants will be invited for interviews are made by programs. CaRMS has no insight into individual programs’ review or selection processes.
