Kim has been with CaRMS since May 2011. As Human Resources Manager, her role is to contribute at both a strategic and operational level to identify human resources priorities and recommend effective solutions to support business objectives and enhance the workplace. Kim provides advice, support and service to managers and staff on all aspects of the HR function. Prior to joining CaRMS, Kim worked in healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, government and consulting and has over 20 years’ experience in human resources. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a post graduate certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM).
Outside of work, Kim enjoys travelling, skiing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She is married and has two children and a dog she enjoys walking daily.
