The CaRMS help desk will be operating on a reduced schedule over the holiday season, as outlined below.

Help desk holiday hours
December 17 to 22: 8:00 – 16:00 ET
December 24: 8:00 – 12:00 ET
December 25 to January 1: Closed
January 2 to 11: 8:00 – 16:00 ET

During the closure from December 25 to January 1, incoming client emails will be monitored and any urgent issues will be addressed. Regular hours of operation (9:00 – 18:00 ET) will resume on Monday, January 14, 2019.
