On May 27, we brought the community together for the CaRMS Forum, our annual event focused on data-driven conversations about the R-1 Main Residency Match.

This year’s CaRMS Forum explored key aspects of the 2026 R-1 Match that had a meaningful impact on outcomes. The event also featured perspectives from AFMC President and CEO Dr. Constance LeBlanc, along with first-hand stories from learners about navigating this important step on the path to practicing medicine in Canada.

Whether you joined us live or are catching up afterward, we’re pleased to share the presentation slides. If you would like to view the recording of the 2026 CaRMS Forum, we will be posting the event video on our website and YouTube channel later this week.
