Kayla Felix joined CaRMS as Chief of Staff in 2025, bringing over seven years of executive-level experience supporting senior leadership. In her role, she drives operational excellence by streamlining workflows and aligning internal processes with organizational goals. Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in business and leverages her broad expertise across multiple business functions to enhance efficiency, enable collaboration, and foster continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Kayla loves hitting the golf course or playing pickleball. She’s happiest spending time with her niece and nephew at the playground or taking her furry sidekick to the dog park, rain or shine.
