If you were a program administrator or director for a previous CaRMS match or match iteration, you can log into CaRMS Online using your existing username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the ‘Forgot your username or password option’ on the CaRMS Online login page.

Applicants may begin the application process.

Program directors and administrators may log into CaRMS Online and update their program descriptions for the second iteration.
Program directors and administrators can add or remove file reviewers for their program(s) and create filters in preparation for file review.
Once file reviewers have been added, they will receive an email from CaRMS with instructions on how to create an account in CaRMS Online.
Applications will be available for review when file review opens.
Applicants may begin the application process, including sending reference requests through CaRMS Online.
Unmatched applicants from the first iteration may log into CaRMS Online and participate in the second iteration.
Applicants who would like their MSPR or references to be translated using the CaRMS-facilitated translation service should make the request through CaRMS Online by today.
Every effort will be made to complete translations submitted by this date prior to the opening of file review, but due to the compressed second iteration timeline we cannot guarantee translations will be in applicant accounts and ready to assign to programs before file review.
Program descriptions for all programs participating in the match should be approved and available on carms.ca for applicants to review. Once program descriptions are approved, they are immediately available on carms.ca for applicants to consult.

Referees must submit references through the CaRMS Online referee portal by this date to give applicants enough time to assign reference materials to programs before the opening of file review.

Applicants and programs may begin creating their rank order lists in CaRMS Online.
Discussions regarding reversion options should begin now to ensure final reversion instructions are submitted by the PGME approval deadline for ranking, quota and reversions.
Draft reversions should be sent to CaRMS two days prior to the PGME approval deadline to ensure final reversion instructions are reviewed and understood by CaRMS.

Once a program rank order list has been submitted, postgraduate offices can begin approving them in CaRMS Online. Postgraduate offices can also begin approving quota and submitting reversion instructions starting today.
