Alisha joined CaRMS as Manager of Business Operations in 2025. In this role, she drives organizational efficiency and execution by leading key operational initiatives and overseeing process improvements that ensure reliability, quality, and alignment with CaRMS’ mission and service delivery. With over 15 years of experience in health information, Alisha has held leadership positions within a national, mission-driven organization, where she managed operations, process optimization, and health information management strategies.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Alisha enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, hiking, and exploring nature. She has a strong appreciation for film, especially thrillers and true crime, and loves discovering new cuisines. At home, she treasures quality time with her husband and their cats.
