Jeff Nesbitt joined CaRMS as CEO in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience driving organizational success across the education, technology, and not-for-profit sectors, much of it within healthcare.

Throughout his career, he has remained committed to advancing the public good through strategic leadership. He has held international, national, and provincial roles with a wide range of organizations while also actively contributing to board governance and advisory work.

Outside of work, Jeff and his wife Tania are devoted dog lovers who enjoy travelling, hiking, and cycling.
