As the Manager, Digital Development, Kathryn is responsible for managing the CaRMS software development team and ensuring the streamlined operation of her team in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. Kathryn joins us with over 20 years of experience in technology, software development, and user experience design. Before joining CaRMS, she started her career as a web developer, realizing that she had a passion for designing and developing the entire digital experience leading her to specialize in user experience design.

Outside of work, Kathryn is a mother to two boys and a silly dog that looks like some sort of Hyena. All three of them keep her on her toes and laughing a lot, most often at herself!
